Double Lip TC TYPE Oil Seal Mechanical Oil Seal For Temperature
TC TYPE:Double lips(a main lip, a vice lip), one spring.The steel skeleton is fully wrapped in rubber, rotary seal, used in low pressure, one side with sealing medium and the other side with light dust. Highest pressure 0.03mpa(0.3kgf/cm2).
TC oil seals, also known as lip seals, consist of a metal shell and a flexible lip made of an elastomeric material. The lip is in contact with the shaft and forms a barrier to prevent the ingress of pollutants and the escape of lubricant.
According to the different use of media, pressure and temperature, choose a different material. Common materials include: nitrile rubber skeleton oil seals, fluorine rubber skeleton oil seals, silicone skeleton oil seals and so on.
